As a Financial Analyst - Supply Chain Optimization, you will conduct comprehensive analyses of manufacturing costs, supply chain performance, and inventory management to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability. You will develop and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to management, focusing on controllership and supply chain KPIs.

You will collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to create accurate annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, you will assist in establishing and monitoring internal controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies, particularly in a manufacturing context.

You will identify inefficiencies in supply chain and manufacturing processes, proposing actionable solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Furthermore, you will partner with various departments, including operations, quality control, and procurement, to align financial and operational strategies.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards relevant to manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• A Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant with 7+ years of experience in finance or supply chain analysis within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Familiarity with local and international accounting standards and manufacturing regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
