The Project Engineer will be accountable for planning, designing, and overseeing multiple engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion and budget alignment.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, leveraging expertise in project management, engineering, and quality assurance.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project roadmaps, and allocate resources effectively.
  4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
  5. Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
