Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, with excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other related documents
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, housekeeping, and equipment
  • Performing other relevant duties as needed

The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, handle requests and queries appropriately, and take dictation for sending emails/messages and note minutes of meetings.

In addition, they will prepare offer/update purchase orders, keep records up-to-date, and monitor office supplies to research advantageous deals or suppliers.
