Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to support large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate meetings, track project plans, and monitor issues and risks.
  • This role requires proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  2. Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  3. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  4. Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  5. Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  6. Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  7. Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • A strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: finance, supply chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Qualification & Certification:

  • A bachelor's / master's degree in IT, computer science, or business administration.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
