Product Field Sales Role

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong distribution networks, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieving sales targets, collection targets, and keeping a close watch on outstanding debts within 30 days' time.
  • Market Relations: Building up good distribution networks and ensuring team work, providing market infrastructure, and being in regular touch with customers.
  • Distributor Management: Appointing distributors, training their staff, conducting SWOT analysis of markets and distributors, updating product knowledge, motivating distributor sales teams, and reviewing progress regularly.
Key Deliverables
  • Closing monitoring of distributor indents and execution, identifying new market segments, developing new areas, and exploring business opportunities.
  • Maintaining good relations with government departments, resolving customer complaints, and identifying newer business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Competencies: Distributor dealer management skills, excellent communication skills, sales pitching of products, ability to deliver sales collections under pressure situations, and teamwork skills.
