Product Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and customer support.

  1. Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide client fulfillment and production support for data products based on subscription and ad-hoc requests.
  • Shadow and assist a Lead Production Team member in their day-to-day activities, performing administrative tasks and learning the role of a production lead.
  • Manage production for assigned products from start-to-finish, performing checks to validate deliverables and delivery methods.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from internal clients, troubleshoot user and tool issues, and work on ad-hoc production projects.
Operations:
  • Provide internal customers with support as needed.
  • Maintain customer focus while working in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
Project Support:
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks or projects as specified by manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • 95% English writing and speaking skill level.
  • Experience in administering or supporting product management and online client delivery.
  • Knowledge and experience of fulfillment and client delivery methodology.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools.
  • Natural ability to enjoy and handle detailed work and data accurately.
  • Able to work independently with minimal managerial supervision.
