Project Excellence Coordinator

 

  • Directly provide key project updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments to senior staff.
  • Implement continuous improvement best practices by monitoring and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Develop and execute improvement plans for low-to-medium cost projects, focusing on meeting and sustaining project goals.
  • Conduct thorough organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource allocation, and implement strategies that meet business requirements.
  • Independently address moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex matters to relevant staff members as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.  - Strong organizational and time management skills.  - Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
