Job Title

Functional CRM Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 module expertise with 3+ years of in-depth experience and practical knowledge.
  • Project execution skills including customer facing, analysis, consulting, documentation, implementation, development, and support of Business Solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant and 3 years in Technical Support.
  • Customer Service module experience with Omnichannel implementation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills for RCA identification.
  • Configuration, installation, and troubleshooting Server skills with problem-solving via platform trace logs.
  • User support and training provided with confidence.
  • Familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Effective communication and problem resolution demonstrated.
  • Incident and service request management with SLA maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills to address user questions and provide 'how-to' assistance.
  • Agile or Waterfall approach working depending on business requirements.
  • Basic Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI) knowledge and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model understanding.
Key Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Customer Engagement solutions including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Proficient in MS CRM configuration and application integration.
  • DevOps Certified with Dynamics proficiency.
  • SSRS reporting services experience.
