Cloud Solutions Architect

This customer-facing role supports sales teams throughout the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition sales cycle.
The key tasks include presenting technical responses to RFP / RFI's, blueprinting customer requirements, generating pricing, and ongoing deal support to sales teams.
As the orchestrator of experts, you will own technical discussions with customers on the Private Cloud Edition topic and provide expert guidance from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as required.
","Responsibilities- Presentation of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition
- Support and organization of technical responses to RFP / RFI's
- Blueprinting customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
- Generation of pricing and provision of ongoing deal support
- Technical discussions with customers on the Private Cloud Edition topic
- Proficiency in customer communications and presentations
- Bachelor's / master's degree in engineering or computer science, Business Administration required from an accredited university
- Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)
- Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.)
- English native speaker, any other language an asset
- 7-12 years of hands-on customer-facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience
- Experience with hosting providers and data centers is a BIG advantage; HANA / Suite on HANA skills would be very helpful, but not mandatory
- Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor is necessary
