As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct thorough analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to effectively communicate insights.
- Present complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
- Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and track process improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain the highest standards of data security, governance, and confidentiality.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a similar environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases efficiently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management are essential.
