Job Title

Marketing Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare marketing & branding objectives - increase in brand awareness.
  • Analyse market trends and come up with new out of the box ideas for marketing & branding campaigns.
  • Create calendars for all activities and ensure adherence to the same.
  • Assist the team to make annual budgets.
  • Enable the creation of marketing and branding collaterals by external agencies.
  • Edit and proof read all marketing and branding collaterals to drive accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Ensure excellent, timely, cost effective execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, sample folders, stall and exhibition preparedness etc.
  • Proof reading of blogs, articles and manage SEO activities.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc).
  • Website management with regular checks updation and checks.
  • Management of database marketing – database mining, email, SMS & Whatsapp campaigns including measurement of the same.
  • Use of innovative mediums on YouTube, GDN, remarketing, influencer marketing etc to increase brand awareness.
  • Coordination with call centre and CRM for lead management.
  • Prepare weekly reports of all activities, jobs with deadlines, schedules for completion.
  • Create purchase orders maintaining quotations.
  • Contribute to budgeting and monitor expenses against the same.
  • Conduct verification of bills and assist Brand Manager in preparing payment schedules.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
