This is a full-time, on-site role for our Founder's Office located in Bhubaneswar. The position involves supporting our company's founders with strategic planning, project management, and administrative tasks.

Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with our company goals. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to our founders with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Administrative Support
  • Experience in conducting Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
