Leadership Role for Placement Strategy and Corporate Interface

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute placement strategies that align with our vision and market trends.

Corporate Relations:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with top-tier companies, startups, and public sector entities for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Organize industry events, guest lectures, and other corporate interactions to boost engagement.

Placement Operations:

  • Oversee the entire placement process, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and students.

Student Readiness:

  • Collaborate with faculty and training partners to prepare students for industry expectations.
  • Mentor students on career choices and profile building.

Alumni Engagement:

  • Leverage the alumni network for placement support and mentorship.

Quantitative Targets:

  • Ensure the placement of 360 students for final placements and 360 students for summer internships.
  • Increase the median salary compared to the previous year.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR.
  • Strong network across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams.
