**Job Title:** Digital Content Creator

Location: Remote (Flexible)

Experience: 3+ years in video storytelling or digital content production

Reports to: Head of Digital Media & Growth

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly creative and self-driven digital content creator who can own the ideation, scripting, and production.

You'll work closely with writers, editors, designers, and the strategy team to create engaging content that builds viewership and subscriber growth.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital media, knows what works (and what doesn't), and is obsessed with creating thumb-stopping content that balances storytelling, trends, and SEO.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Create IPs: Research trends, analyze competitors, and pitch original video concepts tailored to our brand's niche and audience.
  2. Scripting & Storytelling: Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  3. End-to-End Video Production: Lead the process from ideation to execution - including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  4. Project Management: Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  5. YouTube Optimization: Write clickbait titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  6. Performance Analysis: Track video metrics and retention analytics. Make data-backed decisions to improve future content.

**Qualifications:**

  1. 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills
  3. Deep understanding of digital media's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  4. Hands-on experience with video production (camera work, editing knowledge, lighting, audio) is a plus.
  5. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.

**Bonus Points If You:**

  1. Have your own successful YouTube channel or have scaled one for a brand/creator.
  2. Can wear multiple hats - from scripting to filming to editing.
  3. Have experience working with influencer/content creator teams.
  4. Understand virality, trend cycles, and online culture.
