We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, who will spearhead the recruitment strategy and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision for the team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent industry knowledge and be able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. Key skills include talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
