Join a dynamic team as a Lead Data Engineer and take on a leadership role in designing and implementing data solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have multi-year work experience as a Platform Lead, Delivery Leader or similar role.
  • They should possess good working knowledge of AWS Services, Python, Pyspark, data modeling.
  • A strong understanding of columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data is required.
  • Knowledge of ETL, data mining, Data Warehousing and segmentation techniques is also necessary.
  • Experience with databases (Azure SQL, MSQL), data lakes (e.g., Azure Data Lake/Delta lakes), Processing tools (e.g., Databricks/HDInsight) and BI and Reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is desired.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working with advanced data management, data processing, and data science-related exploration of data to create insights that drive business decision making.
  • They should also have a working knowledge of modern infrastructure automation technology stacks and the ability to identify the best tool for the task.
  • A deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies and frameworks is essential, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level.
  • The ideal candidate will be open to knowledge transfer, willing to coach others and help them to learn.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a quick grasp are required, as well as an independent way of working with high proactivity.
  • The candidate should be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication skills are necessary to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to communicate with customers clearly and straightforwardly is also required.
