Digital Workplace Solutions Architect

About the Role:
This role involves leading Microsoft 365 transformations in banking/financial services, leveraging expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID. The successful candidate will have proven delivery of large-scale, complex M365 programs and integration experience with third-party tools, identity providers, hybrid environments. ITIL-based service management knowledge is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Microsoft 365 transformations in banking/financial services
- Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
- Provide expert-level guidance on M365 technology stacks
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture and IT strategy experience
- 5+ years leading Microsoft 365 transformations in banking/financial services
- Expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID
- Proven delivery of large-scale, complex M365 programs
- Integration experience with third-party tools, identity providers, hybrid environments
- ITIL-based service management knowledge
Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS100/MS101)
- Azure Administrator Associate, Teams & Messaging Admin
- Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA)
Bonus Certifications:
- SC-400 or CISSP
