Job Title: Enterprise Architect Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Lead to drive digital workplace solutions across the financial sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies for large-scale Microsoft 365 transformations in banking/financial services
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex M365 programs, integrating third-party tools and identity providers
  • Maintain ITIL-based service management knowledge and best practices
  • Ensure seamless integration with hybrid environments and provide strategic guidance on cloud adoption

 

Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT strategy
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Microsoft 365 transformations in banking/financial services
  • Expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID
  • Proven delivery of large-scale, complex M365 programs

 

Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS100/MS101)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Teams & Messaging Admin
  • Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) L1/L2/L3

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication with C-suite and board-level engagement
  • Consulting mindset with presales experience
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a growth mindset
