AI Visionary Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to oversee the development of our Large Language Model (LLM). As a leader in Artificial Intelligence, you will design and implement the overall architecture for the LLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall architecture for the LLM, aligning with business objectives.
  • Define technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational goals.
  • Select technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
  • Oversee integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
  • Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
