Job Title: AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to develop innovative solutions using machine learning. This position is ideal for those passionate about creating cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performance products utilizing large language models (LLMs) and foundation models, evaluating emerging techniques for integration into production systems.
  • Build efficient search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): data indexing, ranking, query processing.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, with a focus on open-source models.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, proficient in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in Ray or similar frameworks.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code in Python.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training foundation LLMs, and developing RAG systems.
