Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Project Coordinator role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning project milestones, managing interactions with external agencies, and supporting the development of marketing collaterals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan Project Milestones: Track progress, support key activities, and ensure timely execution as per the plan.
  • Manage External Agencies: Interact on a day-to-day basis for relevant information to enable development of marketing collaterals.
  • Support Annual Calendar: Craft and execute the annual calendar for the portfolio – pivot during the year, when necessary. Oversee and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless information flow and execution.
  • Communication Development: Support communication development and execution across mediums, monitored across pre-defined KPI's. Monitor KPI's on a regular basis.
  • Budget Management: Ensure adherence to predefined budgets for relevant portfolio.
