Job Description

The Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile squads and improving Agile practices. This role oversees the animation of Agile ceremonies and ensures their effective implementation within the squad. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and following up on various Agile ceremonies, such as Dailys, Sprint plannings, backlog refinements, reviews, etc.

In addition, the Scrum Master will facilitate effective collaboration among squad members, particularly with the IT Product Owner. They must monitor the squad's performance metrics and provide support to resolve impediments.
