**Job Role:** Senior Finance Executive

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing various financial reports and statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and Management Information Systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

2. Handle GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ISD (International Sales/Imports Document) working.

3. Manage internal and external audits, including preparation of Audit Observation Reports and follow-up actions.

4. Oversee month-end activities, such as updating Financial Accounting Reports (FAR), depreciation computation, prepaid expense management, and general ledger reviews.

5. Collaborate with vendors to resolve accounting and finance-related issues.

 

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in a similar role or industry.

2. Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.

3. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
