Accountant Role">

The Accountant will oversee end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented with hands-on experience in multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.

  • Manage full-spectrum accounting operations in Zoho Books
  • Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Develop and implement budgets and forecasts
  • Manage cash flows and working capital effectively
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and audit requirements
  • Prepare and present management information reports, variance analysis, and financial insights
  • Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.com)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books
  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Books (or equivalent accounting software)
  • Working knowledge of taxation laws and statutory compliance
  • Familiarity with management information reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
