Project Lead

The role of a Technical Project Manager within our organization encompasses end-to-end project management support.

This involves understanding and scoping requirements, designing elements of project management, and providing guidance to clients and colleagues throughout the implementation process.

  • Develop knowledge of Talogy solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop project scope of work plans and documentation.
  • Lead planning sessions to build consensus among team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate on project-related issues and scope changes.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing questions, concerns, feedback, etc.
  • Ensure project plans deliver against SLAs and other KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a project management environment is essential.
  • Education/certification in project management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization.
