Role Overview

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms, achieving client return on ad spend (ROAS), growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.

You'll take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention, communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance, collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals, and monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across multiple channels
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably
  • A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads
