Job Overview

We are seeking a senior analytics professional to lead our marketing analytics efforts and drive business growth through data-driven strategies.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of analysts in developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that solve complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design, implement, and optimize data-driven initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in analytics, machine learning, and ad-tech to identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems.
  • Champion advanced analytics use cases, such as market mix modeling, uplift modeling, incrementality studies, customer segmentation, lifetime value modeling, and real-time optimization.
  • Ensure robust model evaluation, validation, and deployment processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or related roles.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the digital marketing industry is mandatory.
  • Experience in managing marketing analytics projects for international clients, specifically US and UK is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing analytics teams and delivering high-impact projects.
