We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI professional to play a critical role in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with designing, configuring, and deploying LLM-based solutions, including open-source models and APIs. This involves building Agents, Agentic Flows, and Configure MCP.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning Small Language Models (SLMs) for specific enterprise verticals. They will write efficient Python code for training pipelines, model orchestration, inference services, and dataset management.

They will also build, clean, and label datasets for supervised fine-tuning and evaluation. Furthermore, they will conduct experimentation and benchmarking across models to measure accuracy, latency, and cost-performance trade-offs.

Another key aspect of this role is applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, embedding models, and vector database integrations. The successful candidate will evaluate security, compliance, and scalability of deployed LLM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

4-6 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on NLP and GenAI.

Hands-on expertise in LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar open models.

Proficiency in Python and key libraries.

Experience with dataset creation, curation, and labeling for fine-tuning tasks.

Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search.
