About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and lead customer-centric creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  3. Translate customer insights, trends, and data into creative concepts that improve conversion rates and retention.

Content Planning & Messaging:

  1. Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  2. Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for different customer segments.
  3. Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet diverse shopper needs.

Collaboration & Execution:

  1. Partner with cross-functional teams—performance marketing, product, design, analytics—to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  2. Work with external agencies and internal teams to oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  3. Provide strategic guidance on creative assets, visuals, storytelling approaches, and customer journeys.

Data-Driven Optimization:

  1. Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.
  2. Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and sales.

Industry & Trend Expertise:

  1. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, customer experience enhancements, and competitor strategies.
  2. Apply insights from research and analytics to anticipate market shifts and recommend creative adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  2. 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  3. Proven experience developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  4. Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  5. Ability to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies.
  6. Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  7. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
