We seek a skilled professional with Linux and AWS expertise to join our managed hosting team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain servers hosted on our platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
  • Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a system administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
