Job Overview

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the success of our travel & events vertical. Your responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, closing deals, and long-term account management.

  • Identify new corporate clients across travel, MICE, and events.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline through strategic partnerships, networking, and industry outreach.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients addressing their corporate travel/event needs.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiations and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of proven B2B Sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and data-driven sales.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-focused mindset.
