Claims Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Configuration Specialist to configure and implement Guidewire Claim Center solutions. This role requires strong technical skills in Guidewire software and experience with Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Guidewire Claim Center solutions
  • Develop and maintain JIRA projects for efficient issue tracking and project management
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Participate in Agile project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project outcomes

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Guidewire Claim Center, JIRA, and Agile methodologies. Certifications such as GW Associate/Ace are advantageous.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in Guidewire Claim Center configuration and implementation
  • Strong technical skills in Guidewire software with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile development methodologies with a focus on iterative improvement
  • Excel skills for data analysis and reporting with attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
