Oracle SCM Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Management specialist with strong techno-functional expertise to fill this critical role.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple SCM modules and be able to bridge business needs with technical solutions. This position requires end-to-end involvement—from requirement gathering to configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Implement: Oracle SCM applications including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs.
  • Perform technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  • Support full lifecycle implementations including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Execute data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
