Supply Chain Management Specialist

Description:

This is a critical role that involves leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and configuring Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) plans to optimize supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle R12 SCM modules.
  • Designing and configuring ASCP plans for supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Developing and customizing reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools.
  • Performing data migration, integration, and validation activities for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting issues related to Oracle SCM and ASCP modules.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on ASCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and WIP.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
