Job Title: Reservation Coordinator
Experience and Qualifications:- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ensuring effective interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Handle daily tasks and workloads, including incoming guest calls & emails, providing information about hotel services according to established standards.
- Ensure accurate processing and confirmation of reservations, enquiries, and special requests in line with company policies.
- Educate guests and key prospects on hotel philosophy and wellness offerings, addressing their individual needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a professional approach during guest interactions.
- Communicate effectively with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team.
- Keep accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
- Work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.
- Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their journey at the hotel to enhance their overall experience.
- Adopt a creative approach to generate business opportunities.
- Identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
