Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Sourcing Manager to drive high-quality production for our women's ethnic wear brand. This role requires strong vendor management, quality control, and supply chain expertise.

  • The ideal candidate will analyze production costs, develop sourcing budgets, and ensure timely delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Cost Analysis: Identify opportunities for optimization without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  2. Sourcing Budget Management: Develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Production Coordination & Fulfilment:

  1. Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.
  2. Ensure 95% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  1. Closely coordinate with the internal QA team to conduct Product Pre-Review meetings, Inline, midline & final inspections.
  2. Monitor and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management:

  1. Identify and onboard potential contract manufacturing partners capable of producing women's ethnic wear garments in line with brand standards and requirements.
  2. Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to foster long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
  3. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior sourcing and procurement experience in apparel/fashion is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, partnership-building, project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge of garment production, quality standards, and supply chain operations.
