Seasonal Indian Wear Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled designer to join our team in Surat, India.

This role requires strong skills in design, trend forecasting, and product development. You will be responsible for creating stunning seasonal Indian wear collections that blend global trends with market needs.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Trend Forecasting: Stay up-to-date with the latest global trends, colors, and fabrics.
  • Conceptualize and Design: Create designs for women's Indian wear collections that showcase your creativity and understanding of market needs.
  • Sampling and Fit Management: Oversee sampling, fits, and quality standards to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to deliver designs from concept to launch on time.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fashion Design Qualification: Graduate in Fashion Design (e.g., NIFT, Pearl, or similar).
  • Design Skills: Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Design Experience: Proven track record in women's Indian wear design.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
