Lead Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a key member of our data-driven team. As a crucial part of our business, you will play a vital role in uncovering actionable insights from raw data, driving informed decisions across retail and online channels.
About the Role- Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, pricing performance, and inventory levels to inform strategic business decisions.
- Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources, including point-of-sale systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, customer relationship management tools, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
- Create dynamic dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business outcomes.
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in retail/wholesale analytics.
- Proven expertise with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data, as well as experience with point-of-sale systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, and retail analytics platforms.
- Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments is highly desirable.
