Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in commissioning and process controls, we seek an Automation Engineer to lead our team's initiatives. This key role involves driving the implementation of automation solutions across various projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in commissioning and process controls.
  • Expertise in PLC programming, particularly Ladder Logic and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
  • Proficiency in PID programming and loop tuning, as well as communication protocols such as Modbus, CC-Link, RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP, Wireless, and IoT.
  • Working knowledge of MQTT protocol and platforms like Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Schneider.
  • Ability to prepare and review IO lists, with a preference for SCADA/HMI development experience.
  • Strong understanding of panel engineering principles and instrumentation & control earthing.
  • Familiarity with thermocouple, pressure, and level transmitters/switches, proximity sensors, and modulating valves.
  • Experience in site commissioning, panel wiring, and termination, with a willingness to perform physical work during setup.
  • Background in multi-site execution and team management, with hands-on experience in industrial automation projects.
  • Vendor coordination and procurement skills, with ownership of project deliverables.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, including functional design specifications, IO documentation, and control panel layout reviews.
