Scrum Master Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, leading meetings, and driving process improvements.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Agile teams. You will work closely with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient team operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Communicate project progress and status to all relevant parties
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Hands-on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Action orientation and follow-through facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective in removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
