Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our Middleware Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Firmware team to design, develop, and maintain software applications for charging infrastructure.
  • Improve existing functionality while building Designs/POCs for future systems.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Cloud, and Backend teams for planning and implementing new features and solutioning architecture for future products.
  • Ensure accurate planning and high predictability with the program team.
  • Manage release cycles for assigned modules and prioritize development activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Firmware team on cloud dependencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Golang/C, C++, and Python is an advantage.
  • Experience with multi-threaded and multi-processing application development.
  • Familiarity with IPCs like dbus, grpc.
  • Good experience with Android platform, customizing libraries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software communication protocols such as gRPC / CAN / I2C.
  • Strong understanding of system fundamentals in Linux / Android.
  • Experience working with system-level languages like C, C++, Python, GO is a plus.
  • Embedded systems experience spanning OS and non-OS environments.
  • IoT experience is a must, GoogleCloud experience is a plus.
  • Logic and protocol analyzer experience is preferred.
  • Agile development methodology experience is a must.
  • Static Code Analyzer and Unit testing framework experience is required.
  • Vehicular dashboard development experience and Navigation solutions using Map service providers experience are pluses.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Gitlab, and Jenkins is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knack for benchmarking and optimization.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
