Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and management
  • Cultivate a creative and inclusive work culture through employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
