Job Title:

Project Delivery Manager

Role Overview:

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation of digital platforms in buildings and infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the deployment of building solutions, encompassing technical and functional knowledge in testing and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems, as well as a working understanding of IoT platforms, data analytics, and cloud solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify use cases and value propositions in close coordination with clients and other stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with client representatives
  • Analyze IT and OT data sources
  • Understand workflows and systems within different buildings
  • Adapt platform modules/dashboards to project requirements, in collaboration with product managers
  • Devise project-specific algorithms for optimization/prescriptive controls
  • Develop algorithms and methods for automated fault detection and diagnostics
  • Identify data required for integration based on use cases
  • Use admin panels to deploy solutions and configure rules, conditions, and visuals
  • Coordinate and follow up with tech teams for implementation (including data acquisition, validation, analytics, and visualization)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics from a reputable institution, with at least 10 years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in managing building solution deployments, including defining technical and functional requirements, and working with development teams
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or testing/commissioning instrumentation & control systems, including integrations with third-party systems
  • Knowledge of IoT platforms, IoT gateways, data acquisition, data analytics, and cloud solutions is essential
  • Knowledge of edge computing and digital twins is desirable
  • Coding skills (Python, React, JavaScript, etc.) and experience in designing GUIs/dashboards are a plus
  • Certifications from relevant organizations/training institutes are highly desirable
