About the Role

This role is focused on delivering a seamless user experience by working closely with various teams to understand their requirements and document them.

We are looking for someone who can facilitate user acceptance testing, identify defects in Workday, and collaborate with our team to develop recommendations for process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to create training documentation for our users, and ensure system documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

They will also be responsible for configuration changes, ongoing management, and updates to our platform.

In addition, they will support our change control committee and adhere to all policies and procedures.

Our goal is to provide a best-in-class employee experience through effective People Platform implementation and support.
