Transformative Data Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge data management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data transformation, GenAI, and software product engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative data management and storage modules that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee data architecture and integration processes across modules, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
  • Enable real-time and batch ETL and ELT processes, maintaining data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance principles, best practices, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain a central technical and business metadata layer leveraging modern technologies, such as knowledge graphs and AI.
  • Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product management to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in data management, with at least 10 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and projects, driving digital transformation, and achieving business outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka), SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with ETL and ELT tools and processes, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
  • Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and data governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
