Artificial Intelligence Specialist Job Description

The Artificial Intelligence Specialist role involves designing and implementing advanced AI models to meet client needs.

This position requires fine-tuning large language models, optimizing scalable machine learning pipelines, and integrating AI into applications for seamless performance. The AI Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders, communicate complex concepts, and stay updated on industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop state-of-the-art generative AI models using research and design principles.
  • Enhance AI capabilities by implementing and optimizing LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI safety mechanisms.
  • Integrate AI into products/services by working closely with business and engineers to embed generative AI solutions.
  • Optimize for scale and performance by building and refining scalable ML pipelines for efficient model deployment.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends by keeping pace with emerging technologies and model architectures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Data Science with strong exposure to Generative AI.
  • Experience using machine and deep learning languages, preferably Python and R, to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal AI, and diffusion models for text, image, or speech generation.
  • Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment strategies.
  • Ability to work with large-scale datasets, vector embeddings, and retrieval-based AI systems.
