Job Title: Executive Sous Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing food production and culinary operations in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective food production and culinary operations strategies to ensure high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise and motivate a team of culinary staff to achieve exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menus and culinary concepts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor and analyze food costs, and develop strategies to reduce waste and improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients and equipment.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop strategies to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma from a reputable hospitality management or culinary school.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing food production and culinary operations in a hotel.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
