Job Overview

This role involves creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing results to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok, and Amazon Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and manage budgets to maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are an asset
