Paid Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Advertising Specialist to drive the success of our high-performance paid campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Optimization
  • Keyword Research and Analysis
  • Ad Copy Creation and Testing
  • Daily Campaign Monitoring and Real-time Optimizations
  • Campaign Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Advertising Budget Management

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other leading advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent English communication and project coordination skills.
  • A self-motivated and data-driven mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, e-commerce campaigns, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL.
