Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide field service support for our products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective field service support, handling breakdown calls with the earliest response time possible, and maintaining online service documentation. They will also collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide effective teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide field service support for products, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Handle breakdown calls with the earliest response time possible.
  • Maintain online service documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, commission, and certify units promoted.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to travel across India for customer visits.
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving automatic and manual vehicles.
